For the past 15 years I’ve been a practicing designer, specializing in visual and UX design.
Much of my recent work is in the healthcare sector, designing technological solutions for improving care, managing costs and increasing access to care in the US and abroad.
Currently, I am Vice President of Visual Design for American Well. American Well is a software company that brings healthcare into the homes and workplaces of patients. Its web-based telehealth platform allows patients and healthcare providers to have immediate, live, and clinically meaningful online visits through video, chat, and phone.
I am responsible for all visual and creative aspects of company initiatives, from software user interfaces to branding and collateral. Prior to American Well, I served as Director of Application Design at TriZetto, where I established the graphic language for TriZetto CareAdvance Enterprise and guided the work of company designers to ensure visual quality and stylistic cohesion. Before joining TriZetto, I created visual and interactive designs for clients including PUMA, Genzyme and Avid. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Design Studies from Harvard University.
